Pathways Assessment:
There are two types of Pathways assessment that are required for this course: Pathways Online Quizzes (given online through the Math Emporium) and a Pathways Project.

Pathways Online Quizzes: Three online quizzes will be given throughout the semester. Each quiz consists of eight multiple-choice questions and must be completed in one sitting.
- Pathways Project: This project will pull together a number of ideas learned in this course. The project will be assigned to work on throughout the semester. The pathways project online quiz through Canvas will be given towards the end of the semester.

There are 28 practice quizzes by sections that students can take as many as times.
- List of practice quizzes: A list of practice
quizzes corresponding to sections
in the text.
- Graded quizzes:
Some required/optional unproctored graded quizzes that can be taken anywhere.
- WHAT NOT TO DO: A list
of
rules to follow to avoid technical problems when taking a graded quiz.
